Auckland Spinal Rehabilitation is a spinal injury rehabilitation service which provides comprehensive, interdisciplinary rehabilitation care for people with spinal cord impairment from the central North Island to the Far North.

Franklin Memorial Hospital is located in country-like surroundings with rural views. The hospital opened in 1923 as a war memorial bequeathed to the town.

It was originally a general hospital before becoming an obstetric hospital in 1956. Since then it has become an older adult care facility.

Kidz First Children's Hospital is purpose built to deliver family-centred health care and serve the culturally diverse Counties Manukau community.

Manukau Surgery Centre, along with Middlemore Hospital, provides expert multi-disciplinary inpatient care for the citizens of the South Auckland region.

Manukau SuperClinic provides specialist outpatient appointments and day procedures.

Middlemore Hospital is the largest hospital operated by Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand. It offers secondary-level (hospital and specialist) care and a selected range of community and domiciliary services for the population of Counties Manukau.

Pukekohe Hospital was opened in 1953 as a maternity unit. In 1979 a geriatric ward was built. Over time, the hospital has changed its focus with ten clinic rooms utilised by visiting specialists from across Counties Manukau and the community.

Tāmaki Oranga supports men with mental health issues that have not been addressed by other mental health services. It is an inpatient service — patients stay in their recovery centre.
